You build a list
Add the products and quantities you need. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at this stage.
We fix the day’s price
Japanese wholesale prices are set around 12:00 JST. We use that day’s figure, convert at that day’s rate, and a person checks every quote before it is sent.
You accept and pay
You receive a web quote and a PDF, valid for 24 hours. Pay by card or bank transfer — PayPal where available. We ship worldwide by DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Buying from Japan, without a proxy

Most overseas buyers reach Japanese sealed product through a forwarding service, or pay a reseller’s markup. Buying from us directly is a different shape:

One payment, one currency
A forwarder charges you for the goods, then again for international shipping and handling once the parcel reaches their warehouse. Our quote is a single figure in yen, with shipping already on it.
You are our customer
When a forwarder buys on your behalf, the shop’s customer is the forwarder, and questions or problems have to travel back through them — often in Japanese only. Here you deal with the shop that holds the stock, in English.
The price is the Japanese price
Resale listings abroad carry the seller’s margin on top of the Japanese market. We quote from that day’s Japanese wholesale price, and the figure you accept is the figure we charge.
