- The price of each item is stated in Japanese yen on the quotation we send you. Prices shown on the product pages are indicative.
- Additional charges
- Shipping is quoted per order and shown as a separate line on your quotation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the buyer.
- Payment methods
- Credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own page and are never stored by us.
- When payment is due
- Card payments are taken when you accept the quotation. Bank transfers are due before the quotation expires.
- Delivery of goods
- Each quotation states a ship-by date. We dispatch on or before that date once payment has cleared.
- Returns and cancellations
- Free cancellation any time before payment. After payment we cannot accept cancellation or return for change of mind, because the goods are priced and reserved at that day’s market rate. We replace or refund in full anything that arrives wrong, damaged or missing — tell us within 7 days of delivery. Full policy →
- Currency
- All amounts are charged in Japanese yen (JPY). If your card or bank account is held outside Japan, your card issuer or bank converts the amount at their own rate on the day.
