Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every quotation we issue and every order placed through this site with 株式会社Nebulas ("we", "us"). By requesting a quotation you agree to them.

2. Quotations

• Prices on the product pages are indicative. A binding price exists only on a quotation we have sent you.
• A quotation is valid for 24 hours from the time we send it, shown on the quotation in Japan Standard Time. Japanese market prices move daily, so after that time we re-quote at the current rate.
• Each quotation covers only the items and quantities listed on it. We may decline or withdraw a quotation before you accept it, for example if the stock has sold in the meantime.

3. When the contract is formed

Pressing "Accept" on a quotation is your order. The contract of sale is formed when we receive your payment in full. Until then we are not obliged to dispatch, and stock is held only as described below.

4. Price and currency

• You are charged in Japanese yen (JPY). The yen figure on your quotation is the amount that will be taken.
• US dollar figures shown next to it are a reference only, converted at a rate we fix for that quotation. Your card issuer or bank converts to your own currency at their own rate on the day, so the amount on your statement may differ a little from the dollar figure shown.
• Shipping is quoted per order and appears as a separate line. Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are payable by you and are not included.
• Any transfer fee, currency conversion fee or intermediary bank fee charged to you by your own bank or card issuer is yours to pay.

5. Payment

• Payment is due within 3 business days of your acceptance. The exact date is shown on your quotation.
• We accept credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page; we never see or store your card number.
• If payment has not reached us by the due date, the order lapses and the stock is released. You are welcome to ask for a fresh quotation at the prices of the day.

6. Stock

We hold the items on your quotation from the moment we send it until it expires or payment falls due. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable before your payment clears, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

7. Condition of the goods

• We sell factory-sealed Japanese products. We do not open sealed products, and the cards inside are decided by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee which cards a sealed product contains.
• Items are listed as either shrink-wrapped or without shrink wrap. An item sold without shrink wrap is not faulty for that reason: the outer wrap is absent by description, and the price reflects it.
• Minor shelf wear to outer boxes — small dents, scuffs or corner wear from storage and transport — is normal for these products and is not treated as damage.

8. Delivery

• Your quotation states a ship-by date. We dispatch on or before that date once payment has cleared.
• Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and on customs in your country, and are outside our control.
• Please give us a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for a parcel that fails to arrive because the address was wrong or incomplete, or for one refused or abandoned at customs.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

10. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for checking that the goods may lawfully be imported into your country, and for any licence or declaration your country requires.
• The link to your quotation is private. Anyone holding it can view the quotation, so please do not share it.
• Please do not place orders you do not intend to pay for, and do not use automated tools to harvest prices from this site.

11. Our liability

Where we are at fault, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost resale value. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute will be brought before the district court with jurisdiction over our registered address, as the court of first instance.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when your quotation was issued.
